For the next 2 weeks my diet consists of the following
Breakfast – Glass of full water and 8 egg whites
Through out the day – Almonds and strawberries
Dinner – Chicken or White fish fillets with my vegetables!!
Everyday 30mins jogging with a work out plan of the following
20 Seconds each
No rest between them
once all 5 is completed take a 1 minute break and repeat 4 more times
Absolute killer burning all day lol
